What we measure
A full day, start to finish. Whole-body MRI, DEXA, VO2 max, and a 104-marker blood panel, read together by one clinical team.
Imaging and labs take about three weeks to come back. You then sit down with a clinician and go through all of it.
A whole-body scan turns up findings that matter and findings that do not. Sorting one from the other is part of the review.

Three ways in
A physical and blood work first, then whole-body MRI, DEXA, and VO2 max, all in one visit. Results are reviewed with a clinician about three weeks later, once imaging and labs are back, and you receive a copy of everything.
A year built on your own baseline, with quarterly appointments to review new results and plan the next quarter.
Delivered in the clinic by the clinical team. Treatment is planned at consultation, not added on the day.

Every scan is read by radiologists, and blood work is reviewed alongside it, so nothing is read in isolation.
One clinician walks you through it
Results are explained in a scheduled review with one clinician, in plain language, with time for questions.
Your record is yours
Every image, marker, and note belongs to you. Take your record to any doctor. Alvary shares nothing without your permission.
